Philippines...2nd world country?!?!?! (whatever that means.)
I remembered last year when Pres. Gloria Macapagal Arroyo declared that we are not on a 3rd party country anymore , but we are moving to 2nd world country. The hell!?! What is the difference between 3rd world and 2nd world... I don't know, well I have to use wiki for this... hehehehe...

I am really confused about this 2nd world / 3rd world thing. All I can think of is that Pres. Gloria Macapagal Arroyo is telling us people that we are almost there (almost there to be considered as a 1st world country) what a crap...hehehehe.
